Gourmet sweet smoked Spanish paprika from La Vera microclimate of Spain's Extremadura region.
The Pimenton (Spanish paprika) has an intense, penetrating flavor and a smokey aroma given by the drying process that takes a minimum of 15 days. The peppers are hung in a dark room while oak wood is burned for slow smoke-based dehydration to later be ground into a perfect red powder, with a balanced taste.
Ingredients: Dried smoked pepper and sunflower oil.
