Pata Negra ham Cinco Jotas is a 100% Pure Iberico breed acorn-fed pork shoulder ham 1.5 oz. This is the easiest way to be able to taste a hand-carved 5J ham. Pata Negra ham hand carved Cinco Jotas comes pre-sliced and pre-packed in 1.5 oz packets of pork shoulder. These slices are perfectly hand carved by the master slicers, keeping all the properties and wonderful taste of this product.

Thinly sliced, almost transparent Iberico ham is exquisite on its own, or as a compliment to a variety of dishes. While carving a full Iberico bone-in ham is an exciting experience, sometimes we prefer the convenience of pre-sliced that has the same flavor and aroma due to the pig's unique diet of acorns.
